Prenton House

This beautiful 3-bedroom house is located just a 10 minute walk from Chester’s Roman Walls and city centre. On the way towards the centre you will reach Handbridge’s own high street located on river bank. Here you will find many local amenities including butchers, delis, shops, cafes and pubs.

★Dogs are allowed to stay for a surcharge of £40. Dogs must not be left unattended or allowed upstairs/on furniture. Please let us know upon booking if you intend to bring a dog :)

★Upon arrival you will be welcomed by modern decor and elegant finishing touches. Downstairs consists of a spacious living room and a cosy kitchen-diner.

★To the rear of the property is a quiet courtyard for the warmer months!

★Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms and a bunk bed room. There is also a family bathroom. Towels and crisp white bed linen will be provided for you.

★The property is not only in the heart of Chester city centre, but it is also a close proximity to Cheshire Oaks designer outlet village and the City of Liverpool with its rich maritime history.

★With river bank walks, shopping, sight-seeing, good food and nightlife within a short walk, you will be kept busy, but will have a relaxing home to come back to after a long day! You will of course also be a short drive from Chester Zoo and the beautiful Cheshire countryside.

★We are here to help and would be happy to give recommendations for restaurants, bars, good country pubs, Cheshire walks and must see sights! The welcome book located in the house will provide you with many recommendations on your arrival, or please request beforehand.

★There is free, unrestricted on street parking on the road outside the house.

★Alternatively, the train station very short taxi ride away or under a 10 minute walk to the house.

Check-in is anytime after 3pm and checkout is 10am.
