The apartment is located just down the road from Chester train station and just a few minutes stroll into the very centre of the city where you will find shops, restaurants, bars, Roman ruins and other amenities which Chester has to offer.

★The apartment itself boasts a comfortable and stylish living room with a smart TV. The open plan living space also contains a dining area and a well equipped kitchen.

★The bedrooms is complete with a comfortable double bed and elegant finishing touches. Fresh white linen and clean towels will also be provided for you.

★The apartment contains a modern family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

★Two fold away beds are also provided along with bedding for additional guests.

Pyecroft Cottage

This beautiful 2 bedroom cottage is located just a stones throw away from pubs, cafes, delis and shops Handbridge Hight Street, and a pretty 5 minute walk over the river the centre of Chester.

★Dogs are allowed to stay for a surcharge of £40. Dogs must not be left unattended or allowed upstairs/on furniture. Please let us know upon booking if you intend to bring a dog :)

★The property has been fully refurbished in April 2023, and is complete with a new kitchen & bathroom.

★Upon arrival you will be welcomed by a stylish and cosy living room boasting a log burner and smart TV. Continue through to a comfortable dining area and then a chic, well equipped kitchen. There is also a courtyard to the rear of the property complete outdoor furniture.

The Old Chapel Apartment

This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is located in the very centre of Chester, inside its Roman walls and a stones throw away from restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.

The apartment itself is located within a stunningly converted chapel - originally a Victorian Welsh Congregational Chapel built in 1866, the property boasts intricate architectural details and has a distinctive and dramatic gothic style. The building has been renovated to provide a contemporary and classy feel.

★Upon arrival you will be welcomed by a well-kept communal garden and entrance. After making your way up the stairs to the property itself you will be greeted by an open plan living/kitchen spaces, complete with finely carved timber work and period style stained glass and leaded effect windows.

★Whilst there are many fantastic restaurants to enjoy in Chester, the high-end kitchen is well equipped to cook a meal in. There is also a unique utility space off the kitchen.

Albion Cottage

This beautiful 2 bedroom cottage is located in the very centre of Chester, next to the city’s Roman walls and just a short walk from shops, restaurants, Roman ruins and other amenities.

The cottage is located on Albion Street, an area steeped in military history and a stones throw away from the iconic Volunteer Drill Hall built in 1869.  It is not hard to imagine the men enjoying a last pint at The Albion Pub (opposite the property) before being sent to the trenches at the outbreak of war. This traditional British pub is proud of its military connection and contains much First World War memorabilia and serves an excellent food menu (called Trenches Rations) reminiscent of those times.

★Upon arrival you will be welcomed by a cosy living room boasting an open fire and smart TV. The open plan living space leads on to a stylish dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There is also a courtyard to the rear of the property complete outdoor furniture.

Alternatively, free overnight parking from 6pm is available a few steps to the right in several marked bays facing Chester’s City Walls at the top of Duke Street. (To approach these by car enter Duke St via Lower Bridge St.)

★It may also be possible to provide all day (24 hour) Visitor’s parking permits valid for Residents Parking Zone A - please provide us with your vehicle registration number in order to check availability.

Faulkner House

This beautifully refurbished 2-bedroom property is located just a 15 minute walk/few minutes taxi ride into the centre of Chester.

The property itself is located on the high street of the trendy suburb of Hoole, with its own shops, bars and restaurants right on your door step.

The house has been refurbished in July 2022, with a brand new bathroom, kitchen, floors, carpets and decor.

On the ground floor you will be greeted by a hallway leading into a comfortable front living room complete with an electric fire, smart TV and two single sofa beds.

Also on the ground floor is a dining room-come-games room. This trendy room is equipped with a dining table which can be easily turned into both a ping pong and pool table. There is also a Blutooth speaker/radio.

The dining room leads to the well equipped modern kitchen with Nespresso machine.

The kitchen leads out to a decked courtyard complete with outdoor furniture.

Upstairs you will find 1 king bedroom (which can be split into singles upon request), and 1 double room.

There is also a modern family bathroom with a jacuzzi bath complete with LED lighting! There is also a bluetooth speaker inside the mirror which you can connect to!

There is free, unrestricted on-street parking on the roads around the property. Alternatively, the train station is aa 10 minute walk to the house.
