This beautiful 2 bedroom home is located just a 10-15 minute idilic walk along the canal into the centre of Chester. Not only is the property close to the city centre, but it is also just a short walk to a large Waitrose and other local amenities such as the Bridge Inn pub just a 1 minute walk away.

The property itself is newly furnished and recently decorated. On the ground floor is a cosy front room with sofa bed, living room with log burner and dining area, and a kitchen. To the rear of the property is a courtyard with seating for the warmer months. The house sits on the canal side in an beautiful setting right on the edge of the city centre.

Whilst there are many incredible restaurants in Chester, the kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to cook a meal in with family, friends or colleagues, including of course, plenty of wine and prosecco glasses!

Upstairs the master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a luxurious super king bed (which can be split into singles). The second bedroom is also furnished to a high standard with a double bed. There is a small third bedroom containing a cot (please provide your own mattress 50x100cm and linen). Please be aware that the stairs are relatively steep.

The modern family bathroom has both a shower cubicle and a luxurious free standing bath.

There is free, unrestricted parking on the roads outside the property. Please note that the road is quite narrow.
