This modern and stylish 2-bedroom property is just a 15 minute walk/few minutes taxi ride into the centre of Chester.

The property itself is located in the trendy suburb of Hoole, with its own shops, bars and restaurants just a couple of minutes' walk down the road.

★Dogs are allowed to stay for a surcharge of £40. Dogs must not be left unattended or allowed upstairs/on furniture. Please let us know upon booking if you intend to bring a dog :)

★On the ground floor you will be greeted by a modern hallway leading into a comfortable front living room complete with a smart TV and double sofa bed.

★Also on the ground floor is a dining room-come-games room. This trendy room is equipped with a smart TV and a dining table which can be easily turned into both a ping pong and pool table!

★The dining room leads on to the well equipped modern kitchen with Nespresso machine.

★You will find a terrace to the rear complete with a bistro set for the warmer months!

★Upstairs you will find 1 king bedroom (which can be split into singles upon request), and 1 double room. Both are complete with large screen smart TVs.

★There is also a modern family bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bath.

★Parking is free and unrestricted on the roads around the property. Alternatively, the train station is a 10 minute walk to the house.
