The property itself is newly furnished and recently decorated. On the ground floor is a cosy front room with a comfortable sofa bed and smart TV. There is also a well equipped kitchen with a high top dining area. To the rear of the property is a courtyard with seating for the warmer months.

Whilst there are many incredible restaurants in Chester, the kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to cook a meal in with family, friends or colleagues, including of course, plenty of wine and prosecco glasses!

Upstairs is a beautifully decorated bedroom with a luxurious super king bed (which can be split into singles upon request).Fresh white linen and clean towels will also be provided for you. The modern family bathroom has a shower and bath.
