This beautiful 3 bedroom house is in an excellent location, just a 10 minute drive from the very centre of Chester and 5 minutes from Chester Train Station. The house is also only 5 minutes from Chester Zoo! Perfect for families, groups of friends and business professionals alike.

If you would like to bring a dog there is a £40 surcharge. Please let us know when you book if you are brining a dog.

★The apartment itself boasts a comfortable and stylish living room with a smart TV. The open plan living space also contains a dining area and a well equipped kitchen.

★For the warmer months there is also a secluded garden at the rear, complete with outdoor furniture.

★Upstairs you will find a double bedroom, a single bedroom and also a super-king room (this bed can be split into singles upon request). All bedrooms are complete with fresh white linen, clean towels and elegant finishing touches.

★The house also contains a modern family bathroom with a separate bath and shower cubicle.

★The property is not only in the heart of Chester city centre, but it is also a close proximity to Cheshire Oaks designer outlet village and the City of Liverpool with its rich maritime history.

★With river bank walks, shopping, sight-seeing, good food and nightlife within a short walk, you will be kept busy, but will have a relaxing home to come back to after a long day! You will of course also be a short drive from Chester Zoo and the beautiful Cheshire countryside.

★We are here to help and would be happy to give recommendations for restaurants, bars, good country pubs, Cheshire walks and must see sights! The welcome book located in the house will provide you with many recommendations on your arrival, or please request beforehand.

★There is a private driveway with space for 1 car. If you have a second car, parking is un-restricted on the road outside the house.
